RESISTING ARREST

(1)Any person who wilfully evades law enforcement on foot, or a person with the authority to execute the law as prescribed by the Law of the Land, in an attempt to resist penalization or punishment for offenses committed, or in an attempt to evade detainment and arrest, shall be guilty of Resisting Arrest. (2)Resisting arrest shall be a Class E offence.
