Federalized D.C. Criminal Code (Public Law 36-260 § 10(b))Class FChapter 2: CRIMES AGAINST THE CITY

(1)Any person who flees the scene of a crime or evades any law enforcement official by foot, without the use of any motor vehicle or aircraft after failing to comply with any and all visual, verbal, sonic signs or clearly interpretable actions or signals by an Officer, shall be guilty of Manual Evasion. (2)This shall be a Class F Offense.
