OBSTRUCTION OF A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION

(1)Any person who wilfully, by means of bribery, extortion and other means to obstruct, delay, or prevent the communication of information relating to a violation of any criminal statute by any person to a criminal investigator or Department of Justice attorney, shall be guilty of Obstruction of criminal investigation. (2)This shall be a Class C Offense.
