(1)Any person who wilfully absconds an ongoing legal process in contravention to a lawful order or writ compelling their attendance, shall be guilty of Jurisdictional absconding. (2)Any person who obstructs the proceeds of justice by leaving the ROBLOX group or USAR discord or Court discord to avoid possible criminal or civil liability instead of enduring the legal processes afforded by the Constitution and law, shall be guilty of Jurisdictional absconding. (3)This shall be a Class A Offense. (4)The statute of limitations on an offense shall be frozen from the date the absconder leaves the ROBLOX group to the day they rejoin.
