FIRST DEGREE MURDER
Open related source(1)Any person who directly causes a death of another person with premeditation and malicious intent; a death resulting of any armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, escape and rescue or attempted escape and rescue, or any other violent offense that poses a risk of death to the victim and such risk is disregarded, shall be guilty of First Degree Murder. (2)This shall be a Class A Offense.
