(1)Any person who steals from a player, business recognized by the Department of Commerce and Labor or other institution recognized by legislation, utilizing fear or force to execute such offense without an object capable of causing severe harm to a player, shall be guilty of Peace robbery. (2)This shall be a Class E Offense.
