DESTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENTAL PROPERTY

(1)Any person who wilfully and maliciously damages, or destroys property that is owned by the government of the United States, the District of Columbia, or their ancillary agencies, shall be guilty of Destroying government property. (2)This shall be a Class C Offense.
