(1)Any person who takes another's vehicle without the consent of the owner or enters another's vehicle without consent; however, if the driver is in the vehicle, they must instruct the subject to exit the vehicle otherwise they shall not be charged under this section; shall be guilty of Grand Theft Auto. (2)This shall be a Class F Offense.
