(1)Any person who remains within 30 studs of any bank or financial institution, recognized under federal law or by the Department of Commerce and Labour, under circumstances that would warrant a reasonable person to believe that the purpose or effect of that behavior is to enable a criminal street gang to establish control over identifiable areas, to intimidate others from entering those areas, or to conceal illegal activities shall be guilty of Loitering by financial institution. (2)This shall be a Class F Offense.
