(1)Any person who remains on the property of any person or organization, including the United States or the District of Columbia Government's property, without effective consent and the person either—. (a) Had notice that the entry was forbidden; (b)Forced their way into the property; and/or (c) Received notice to depart but failed to do so; Shall be guilty of unlawful trespass. (2)This shall be a Class G Offense.
