RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT

Federalized D.C. Criminal Code (Public Law 36-260 § 10(b))Class GChapter 5: FISCAL, TRAFFIC AND CHARACTER CRIMES.

(1)Any person who recklessly endangers their own life or others around them, showing blatant disregard for human life in the actions they conduct, shall be guilty of Reckless endangerment. (2)This shall be a Class G Offense.
