SOLICITATION OF A CRIMINAL OFFENSE

Federalized D.C. Criminal Code (Public Law 36-260 § 10(b))Class EChapter 5: FISCAL, TRAFFIC AND CHARACTER CRIMES.

(1)Any person who coerces another person or soliciting, requesting, commanding, importuning or otherwise attempting to cause another person to attempt or commit a crime, shall be guilty of solicitation of a criminal offense. (2)This shall be a Class E Offense.
