OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
Open related source(1)Any person who deliberately commits an action(s) that obstructs or makes it harder to discover evidence that may be crucial to a criminal case or investigation and/or makes it increasingly hard to find out who committed an alleged offense, shall be guilty of Obstruction of justice. (2)Any person who hinders any peace officer, deputized person, judge, or other government official whose purpose it is to see that justice is executed, from performing their duties, as prescribed by law, shall be guilty of Obstruction of justice. (3)This shall be a Class C Offense.
