(1)All persons operating a vehicle must give their right of way to; (a) other vehicles if a road sign or marking signals them to 'Give way' or 'Stop’; (b)other vehicles coming the other way if an obstruction on their side of the road, such as a parked car, does not give them sufficient space to pass them; (c) other vehicles if they are attempting to join a road from a slip road, private road, or offroad; and (d)emergency vehicles when their emergency lighting is turned on. Any failure to follow these shall be guilty of violating vehicular right of way. (2)This is a Class G offense.
