(a) All persons operating a vehicle must give their right of way to pedestrians if they are in the process of crossing a road. (b)Pedestrians have a right of way to cross the road if they are doing so on a pedestrian crossing. (c) Pedestrians may not walk on a road if— (i) they are continuously obstructing the flow of vehicle traffic; or (ii) they are not able to move out of the way of passing vehicles. (d)Any failure to follow these shall be guilty of violating pedestrian right of way. (e) This is a Class G offense.
