EMERGENCY VEHICLES

(a) All lawfully permitted persons operating an emergency vehicle are exempt from Chapter 8 of this act when responding to an emergency. (b)No person shall block or cause disruption towards an emergency vehicle that has utilised its lights and sirens. (c) A person who commits this offense shall be guilty of Failing to Create a Path for an Emergency Vehicle. (d)This is a Class F offense.
