D.C. Criminal Code § 807

(a) All persons operating a vehicle in a manner that is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances, including the nature, condition and use of the road, and the amount of traffic which is, or might reasonably be expected to be, on the road, is guilty of reckless driving. (b)This is a Class G offense.
