(a) Defense Entrapment shall be an official defense in criminal trials and shall have two elements: an officer or other government official induced the crime, and the suspect lacked the proclivity to conduct crime. Any case where entrapment is proven shall be thrown out by the courts. (b) Penalties Any officer or government official proven to have committed, assisted, or aided in such entrapment shall face up to 4 days imprisonment through prosecution or contempt of court. Any officer or government official who knew of such entrapment and proceeded with criminal charges shall be disbarred, upon the discretion of the Uniform Legal Practise Authority.
